Adam Bryant

Adam enjoys developing operational solutions that efficiently accelerate the impact of purposeful technology. He has spent his career solving complex problems across disciplines, building multiple viewpoints around some of the primary challenges organizations face when scaling.

Most recently, Adam was Director of Customer Programs at Proterra, an electric bus company focused on delivering clean and quiet transport for the masses. He led all customer program management and developed configuration processes needed to ramp sales order velocity through internal operations.

Prior to Proterra, Adam held several roles at Tesla where he first managed all FP&A activities for the vehicle manufacturing organization. Adam later served as Director of Manufacturing where he led engineering, maintenance, and production teams to drive significant increases in Model S and Model X throughput within the heavily automated and capital intensive body shop. Finally, he directed production control teams responsible for all internal planning and material flow logistics.

Adam began his career at GE Aviation, designing jet and helicopter engine hardware for the military. After completing a rotational program through various engineering and manufacturing roles, he designed the variable guide vane system for the GE38 engine powering the CH53K helicopter.

Adam holds a B.S. summa cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, an M.S. summa cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Adam enjoys running, skiing, hiking, and taking advantage of all the west coast has to offer.
