Meet Anja

Anja is a Business Operations Manager and Executive Assistant who spearheads day-to-day operations and provides high-level administrative support to Angela Hayward, Justin Butler, and Seth Winterroth.

Anja is dedicated to creating an authentic company culture, onboarding new employees, facilitating key events and celebrations, and ensuring Eclipse takes a values-driven, people-first approach.

Prior to joining Eclipse, Anja was an Administrative Assistant at Khosla Ventures. She supported the founder and two operating partners, while managing the back office. In these roles, Anja developed both soft and hard skills needed to excel as an Executive Assistant / Office Manager and learned the importance of doing small things with great care.

Anja was born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam and moved to California in 2014. She attended Menlo College in 2017 and entered the VC world shortly after. In her spare time, Anja enjoys playing rugby, snowboarding, and traveling to new countries.
