Meet Greg

Greg serves as Chief Financial Officer and Partner for Eclipse where he focuses on establishing world-class finance and operations systems and processes, as well as building and leading best practices for the management of the firm. Greg is a strategy-driven CFO who isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves and find unique solutions to difficult problems.

Prior to joining Eclipse, Greg worked at Sequoia Capital where he managed financial reporting and operations for funds across the U.S., China, India, and Israel. During his time at Sequoia, Greg was also responsible for developing and reviewing GAAP valuation models for portfolio companies across all geographies. Previously, Greg was part of the PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) audit practice in San Francisco where he focused on financial services clients. Greg is a recognized industry expert on back-office operations and currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the VCBC, the largest industry association of venture capital finance professionals.

Greg graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Sonoma State University. Greg earned his CPA and is a member of the AICPA.
