Meet Lani

Lani is the VP of Finance at Eclipse. She enjoys operating within Eclipse’s fast-paced team where she gets to be a strategic partner across operations, finance, investment monitoring, and portfolio company data.

Prior to Eclipse, Lani was a Senior Manager at Standish Management, a fund administrator supporting venture capital and private equity firms. During her time at Standish, her teams were primarily responsible for fund financial reporting, including investor communications and coordination of audit and tax processes.

Earlier in her career, Lani worked at Deloitte in the audit and assurance practice where she served a number of venture capital firms in Silicon Valley.

Lani is originally from the Bay Area and earned a B.S. in Accounting from Santa Clara University. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Outside of work, Lani and her husband spend most of their energy trying to keep up with their young son. They love to travel and look forward to taking their son on more adventures.
